Our Hair Bows at a Celebrity Event!

Ali Landry's daughter, Estela Ines, turned two on July 11th and celebrated at the Beach House in Malibu, California. We were thrilled that we were asked to provide our hair bows for the party's goodie bags! Each guest, including many celebrities like Nancy O'Dell and her daughter Ashby Grace, received one of our popular Toddler Cupcake Hair Bows! The birthday girl also received her very own gift package from us with an assortment of Large Hair Bows. The event planner, Marley Majcher of The Party Goddess, went with a Shirley Temple theme, loosely based on the song "On the Good Ship Lollipop". The adorable birthday party featured life-size lollipops, a lemonade stand and more.

New Hair Bows Galore!

Spring is here and so are so many cute colors and styles! This month we have been busy adding lots of new hair bows to the website. You are going to love the new organza hair bows and double ruffle hair bows. Lots of beautiful layers of organza ribbon and double ruffle ribbon along with some new sizes and styles! We've also added some great colors to the baby hair bows and boutique hair bows. The Baby Organza Hair Bow is one of my personal favorites!! It comes in lots of adorable colors too.

If you love our Toddler Hair Bows then you are going to love our new Toddler Boutique Hair Bows! Same great style as our other boutique hair bows, just in toddler size for our little fans. We'll be adding to this category over the next few months. Any of the ribbon used on our normal Toddler Hair Bows can also be used on our boutique style so if there is a ribbon you see just order it and put under "special requests" at checkout that you would like for it to be in the boutique style.

Middle Sisters are Special Too!!

Finally, something that a proud middle sister can wear! If you have more than two children and one of them in the middle happens to be a girl then you are going to love this new product that we just added! It's the Middle Sister Pony-O Streamer! It matches the Big Sister and Lil' Sister Pony-O's and is available in pink or white. We were so happy to get our hands on this ribbon because as much big sister and little sister stuff is out there, you never see anything for the middle sister and she is special too! If you have three girls and loved the idea of the sister ribbons, then you can have something for all three of them now!

NEW Pony-O Streamers Just Added!

We added several cute new Pony-O Streamers to the website today including Jesus Loves Me, Jelly Beans and Hoppity Bunny just in time for Easter! Our Pony-O's are a great alternative to Hair Bows for those little girls who are suddenly too 'big" for hair bows! The ribbons are attached to a regular size "no metal" pony-o. You can special request the pony-o to be black if you prefer. We've also had some special requests for the toddler size pony-o and we have been able to custom make it for our customers most of the time, depending on availablity. You can also special request different colors for the solid colors if you are needing a custom match. We will be adding a Custom Pony-O Streamer to the website very soon so that you can order cute pony-o's in solid colors to match all of those cute outfits. Order a pair for adorable pigtails!! New Year - New Collections and Ribbons!

Tuxedo Hair Bows

It has been a long time since we last updated our blog! We have been super busy at The Girly Girl Bowtique filling orders and creating new collections! Our Holiday season of 2008 was the best as of yet! We have been growing by leaps and bounds and wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for all of you so thank you!

Our first NEW Collection of 2009 is our Tuxedo Hair Bows. They have a very tailored and preppy look and are available in Small, Medium and Large. We first added them to our website at the beginning of January and they are already a bestseller! We will constantly be adding to this Collection all year so check back often to see what's new!

New ribbons are arriving every week and we are working on creating super cute new hair bows with them! We are so excited about what the year will bring and can't wait to share all of the new products with you!

One of Our Little Customers!

Hope is one of our adorable frequent customers! Her mommy purchased this hot pink tutu from us and custom ordered the hair bow and headband from us to match it. This photo shoot was for her 8 month pictures. Is she adorable or what?!! The white knit headband that she is wearing has an interchangeable strap so that she can slide different hair bows in it to mix and match with other outfits. Her hair bow is a double layered boutique bow using shocking pink grosgrain and white organza. We no longer carry our custom tutu's! They were so adorable and fun to make, looking at these pics makes me want to go make some! Thank you Hope for sharing your precious pictures with us!

Double Ruffle Hair Bows

"Double Ruffle Hair Bows", the name alone sounds ultra girly doesn't it? These hair bows are truly a must have! They never show up as well online as they do in person but anyone who has bought one or has seen one in person can testify to the cuteness of these hair bows! They are always a bestseller, no matter what the season, and the ribbon is very hard to get and keep in stock! They are versatile in being a dressy hair bow or an everyday hair bow and look beautiful in the hair. With satin ruffles on both of the edges, this ribbon makes a very full and fluffy hair bow. We will be adding lots of new fall and winter colors like red, brown, black, navy, wine, emerald and more to the Large size over the next couple of weeks as the ribbon comes in. For the girly babies and toddlers out there we have adorable Douible Ruffle Headbands to match! There is a loop on the headband that you can slide a hair bow into so that you can mix and match! There are a couple of colors there we are still waiting on for the headbands as well, including red for the holidays. If you haven't given one of these hair bows a try order one today while we have it in stock! It will become a favorite!

New Ribbons Arriving This Week!

We have tons of new ribbon arriving this week! Most of it is a lot of beautiful seasonal ribbon for the Fall and Winter like velvets, satins and sheers. We will be adding some really pretty new hair bows using this ribbon to the website over the next couple of weeks. Some combinations will include velvet and sheer, satin and sheer and more colors and styles of the double ruffle ribbon and sheer. We also have some new paisley ribbon and pink and brown flower ribbon that is going to make some gorgeous hair bows! I can't wait to get started on those! Look for a new Pony-o made with "Happy Birthday" ribbon for the birthday girl! The colors in the ribbon are really girly and cute!

Don't forget that Halloween will be here soon and we always have limited supplies of our Holiday Hair Bows so get your orders in soon. We'll be adding a few more hair bows, one of which with a cute pumkin center, and another Halloween Pony-o made with new orange and black argyle!
